Policies
Make-up Classes: Students who miss classes during a session (Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall), can make up to two classes during that same session in any class of the same level or as approved by the teacher. Students seeking make-up classes should check before attending a make-up class, to make sure there is space available. Special cases will be reviewed on an individual basis and solved as fairly as possible.
Drop-in classes: Drop-ins are available for any class, at $15 per class, unless otherwise noted in the schedule and only available for students with previous yoga experience.
Refund/Cancellation: Please register in advance to secure a place in the course or to avoid last minute class cancellation due to insufficient registration. Full payment is required in advance for all programs unless special arrangements have been made. Full refunds are made only when classes are filled or canceled. We reserve the right to make changes in our schedule at least three days before the start of a class, or if a class has been canceled due to not meeting minimum enrollment. The minimum enrollment for any class is six students. The teacher may decide to start a class with less than the minimum enrollment based on her judgement.
No refunds will be issued once the class has started. Some exceptions may apply, and credits may be issued on a case by case basis.
